Youth Athletic Development (YAD) / Kids Fit

Our goal for the YAD Program is to introduce fitness to children at a young age by creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.  Focusing on proper movement mechanics, this program incorporates gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to maximize physical skills during their peak years of development.  By producing a fun fitness environment children develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness while broadening their athletic foundation.  Our Kids Fit Program is for the Intermediate to Advanced YAD Participant looking to participate in a scaled version of the CrossFit WOD.  Ages: 7-13.

Class Schedule:

6pm:  Monday / Wednesday (Kids Fit)

5pm:  Tuesday / Thursday (Beginner YAD)
6pm:  Tuesday / Thursday (Intermediate YAD)
