Youth Athletic Development (YAD) / Kids Fit

Our goal for the YAD program is to introduce fitness to children at a young age by creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.  Focusing on proper movement mechanics, this program incorporates gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to maximize physical skills during their peak years of development.  By producing a fun fitness environment children develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness while broadening their athletic foundation.  Ages 7-12.

Monthly Memberships

– $50:  Monthly Membership (2X per Week)
– $35:  Family Member Add-On (Dependent/Same Household)

Session Packages

– $15:  Single Session (Drop-In) – $25 Includes Shirt
– $60:  5 Session Package
– $100:  10 Session Package
– $160:  20 Session Package
– $200:  30 Session Package

5pm:  Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
6pm:  Tuesday / Thursday
