CrossFit

Our coaches in The CrossFit program make people reach their maximum level fitness faster and more safely than any other group program. We deadlift, clean, squat, and press. We do gymnastics with progressions that are accessible to all. We bike, run, jump, and row. CrossFit prepares you for any physical contingency (a fun day at the lake, a hard day of work in the yard or a life threatening situation). Workouts incorporate HIIT, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and more. This class offers the most inclusive variety of moving and fitness. But fear not, we scale the intensity and skill level to keep you safe but still challenged! Check out a sample program here.

Functional Fitness

Not ready or interested in CrossFit? FF classes are for anyone! Whether it’s your first class ever or you just want to get fit but don’t want the advanced or complex movements of a CrossFit class. This HIIT class is geared towards building the foundational movements, while burning calories and getting into shape. Functional fitness is a strength and HIIT class designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance in a way that directly translates to real-life movements and activities. This can include movements like lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, and even more complex actions such as carrying groceries, climbing stairs, or playing a sport. Functional fitness exercises often incorporate a variety of tools and techniques, such as free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, stability balls, and functional movement patterns. Workouts can be tailored to individual needs and fitness levels, making it suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds. Whether an individual’s goal is to improve overall well-being, prevent injuries, burn calories or get stronger, functional fitness provides a holistic and practical approach to achieving these objectives. Sports Performance

Sports performance is a coach-led class focusing on speed and agility and Strength and power, designed to improve athletic performance. Sports performance workout classes are specialized fitness sessions designed to enhance an individual’s athletic abilities and optimize their performance in specific sports or physical activities. These classes incorporate a combination of strength training, agility drills, plyometrics, speed and endurance exercises, and sport-specific movements to improve overall athleticism and skill set. Led by experienced coaches or trainers, participants engage in targeted workouts that focus on developing key muscle groups, refining coordination, increasing power, and honing sport-specific techniques. Sports performance workout classes cater to athletes of various levels and disciplines, providing a structured and dynamic environment that helps participants reach their peak physical condition, maximize their potential, and excel in their chosen sport or recreational activity.
